The Swank Atlanta Beltline is a real estate investment vehicle formed and organized as a Delaware Manager-Managed LLC to exclusively develop 14 luxury townhomes in Reynoldstown for a fee-simple disposition. Reynoldstown is a rapidly developing intown Atlanta neighborhood that is connected to the Atlanta Beltline via the East Trail extension.

The Atlanta Beltline is a unique and ambitious public project that connects 45 neighborhoods around the core of the City of Atlanta through trails, transit, greenspace, economic development, and housing. In alignment with the Atlanta Beltline objectives, we are providing a 2-year investment through our precedent-setting project to add to the economic revitalization of Reynoldstown.
