Power Tee is the premier automated teeing system in the game of golf. It is the number one internationally-patented golf tee practice system in the entire world. Power Tee has continued to evolve and improve over the past 20 years to ensure consistent, automatically teed golf balls every time the end-user swings. It creates the most productive and enjoyable experience for golfers looking to practice their game.

* Utilized in 80% of commercial driving ranges in the U.K.
* Leases create recurring revenue
* 90% plus renewal rate on existing leases
* Already in 70 driving ranges in the U.S.
* Poised for strong growth in the U.S.
* Intellectual Property is protected by patents

The Capital Raise will:
- Fund an in-house leasing program which should greatly increase sales to commercial and on-course driving ranges.
- Increase the sale team
- Complete development of the in-home Power Tee from a prototype to a mass production model
- Increase advertising

Power Tee has 3 main markets;
- commercial golf ranges
- on-course ranges at golf clubs
- in-home golf practice areas

The average golf range leases 15 Power Tee units and each unit produces five years of recurring lease revenue.

The company's mission is to become the generic term for automatic teeing in USA.

Power Tee is looking to aggressively enter the home-use golf market while continuing to improve and grow within the Range and Club markets as well. With the home-use golf simulator market projected to grow from $1.5B to $3B by the year 2030, Power Tee sees this as the main driver of future growth and expansion to support our core commercial use business.

Power Tee should hit our financial projections by selling the home use Power Tee to less than 4% of millionaire golfers and less than 1% of non-millionaire golfers.

Power Tee is the branded product and operating entity of Golf-Tech Inc.
