Company Overview

PeopleOne Health implements the only population health management solution for self-insured companies with a positive ROI from day 1.

Companies are faced with escalating healthcare costs, rising rates of chronic illness and a disengaged workforce. Although adoption of population based wellness programs has been rising (70% of companies offer a wellness program), the task of administering a program and driving desired results has proven difficult. Most companies with between 300 and 3000 employees lack both the personnel and expertise to design and implement programs. Current technology solutions fall short in driving results.

PeopleOne Health leverages the clinical research that shows that human + technology mediated population health management is twice as effective as either mode individually. We first provide the population health management expertise, data gathering, program design and deployment channels that most companies with between 300 and 3000 employees lack internally. Second, we implement engaging population health management programs within companies that not only drive behavior change, but also sustain behavior change. The end result of both of these is a healthier, more engaged and productive workforce.

We operate on a city by city basis with one Vice President, four Regional Mentors and up to 30 Wellness Coaches (POD). Each POD effectively manages 23 full service clients and is capable of creating $4.5 million in revenue. We realize two primary cash flows, that which results from the coaching we provide and a per employee per month fee related to the use of our web and mobile platform.

Our growing distribution through middle market benefits brokers has us poised to grow to 8 cities in 2017 and triple our revenue with a goal of $18 million in revenue by 2020. We are seeking $1 million in seed funding to leverage this opportunity and scale our business.
