Company Overview

Providing end to end remodeling services in Hampton Roads, Virginia

Neptune Kitchen and Bath is seeking to expand
Key Points
• Neptune Kitchen and Bath has been conducting business already since
2019. (Not a startup)
• They have a 5-star reputation. The founder has been in the industry for over
40 years.
• The future showroom will be the centerpiece of their expansion.
• They have begun their expansion and are already operating from their new,
larger location.
• They have unique abilities in the marketplace.
• They are seeking $300,000 in equity investment for 15% ownership
($2,000,000 valuation).
• The management team is already in place.

Neptune Kitchen and Bath is a full-service remodeling company, offering design
services, construction, cabinet fabrication and appliances. The key to any large
successful company in this market segment is a spectacular showroom. And
although they could continue to operate status quo and grow organically, it is their
plan to take advantage of current opportunities and expand now, while the opportunity exists.

NKB's reputation, as well as leading to multiple repeat customers, has also attracted
the attention of other companies. They were approached in 2023 by Stiltz Home
Lifts ( to inquire if they were interested in becoming a dealer.
They have since attained the installer certification for one of their employees,
performed 3 Stiltz projects and invested in a demonstration model which will be
installed in the showroom. The "aging in place" market is growing, and residential
lifts have an amazing potential for growth.
Their reputation has also led to several "cabinet only" projects. These are jobs
where a builder may want a higher level of quality or customization than they
would normally find through their existing channels.
Future opportunities. In addition to residential projects, the world of bespoke,
commercial casework would certainly fall within their scope. This would include
projects such as restaurants, medical offices, lobbies and architectural millwork.

The key to any large successful company in this market segment is a spectacular showroom. And although we could continue to operate status quo and grow organically, it is our plan to take advantage of current opportunities and expand while the vacuum exists in our area for a large, interactive showroom. In addition, we are also the authorized dealer in Hampton Roads, Virginia, for Stiltz Home Lifts, an attractive and affordable solution for aging in place. We are an A+ member of BBB, a member of NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) and have been "Best of Houzz" for 9 straight years.
