Company Overview

Eflex provides intelligent, digital electrical energy management for every home and small business through our Cloud-based App and Digital Clean Energy Breaker Panel in a $60B wide-open market.

About Eflex:

The home small commercial energy industry is looking for a solution to the grey circuit breaker box. Rewiring it consumes thousands $$$ of any gas-to-electrification, EV, solar, or battery project but creates no new capabilities. Also, new batteries or solar arrays can’t be remotely managed, so installers (who want to move to new projects) have the headache of support calls.

Prior attempts at modernizing (Lumin, Span) drew strong industry interest but are growing slowly grow because they sell directly to consumers at a premium price, using the Nest model, when this is an installer-driven market.

Eflex has the right approach. We are priced at parity with a rewiring job, pre-wired so it’s quick to install, with a rugged and modular design using off-the-shelf components. We also create new capabilities: installers can remotely monitor / service and homeowners and small business owners can intelligently and automatically manage their loads.

We have a Gen 4 product with over $2.3M (1000 panels) PRE-SOLD to established channel partners. We are raising $3M to fulfill these orders and accelerate growth.

High gross margins and efficient contract supply chain allow us to scale delivery of this product with minimum additional capital.

Most likely exit is to traditional panel manufacturers or inverter or battery companies, who have large franchises and struggle with product innovation. The second possibility is large installers who are looking to differentiate in an increasingly commoditized market.

We look forward to sharing more about this opportunity with you.
