TDD is broader in scope than the analyses done in our Technology Assessments. Although similar to conventional business due diligence, TDD features heavier emphasis on opportunities, or perhaps potential difficulties, that are primarily technology-based.
Because TDD involves the analysis of complex technical and scientific issues, EquityNet is particularly diligent in translating technical details into terms that make relative potential risks and rewards immediately meaningful to those clients with fiduciary responsibilities.
EquityNet Technology Due Diligence may build on and add to results from Technology Assessment (TA), but a TA is certainly not a necessary precursor to the more comprehensive analysis included in TDD.
