The patent-pending system of EquityNet™ is founded on the statistical analytic engine, Enterprise Analyzer™. Enterprise Analyzer (EA) integrates several component systems into a novel application that automates the process of enterprise investment analysis and comparison. The web-based system provides to entrepreneurs and investors an automated process that consists of the following primary functional and computational components:

Enterprise Characterization System
The Enterprise Characterization System (ECS) is an advanced web-based input process that guides users through 10 categories of information that comprehensively characterize the enterprise.

EquityNet Knowledge Base
The EquityNet Knowledge Base is a proprietary database of empirical correlations that relate endogenous (internal) and exogenous (external) enterprise risk factors with the probability of enterprise success.

Risk Quantification System
The Risk Quantification System (RQS) utilizes the EquityNet Knowledge Base and a complex array of statistical operations to compute the probability of success for each unique enterprise.

Output Computation System
The Output Computation System (OCS) uses information generated by ECS and RQS to perform an extensive series of output computations.

Peer Group Comparisons
Enterprise Analyzer provides automatic comparisons between the enterprise of interest and peer enterprises.
