Judd E. Hollas, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hollas is the co-founder and chief architect of EquityNet and continues to lead the Company’s efforts to create and introduce innovative new products and services. He is responsible for the overall management of the Company, including its strategic direction and fiscal and professional integrity. Prior to co-founding EquityNet in 2005, Mr. Hollas served as Division Manager for Beta-Rubicon, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in technology assessment and business due diligence services. He conducted extensive research on methods of conventional due diligence, causes of private enterprise failure and methods for risk prediction, marketplace characteristics in the private equity industry, and it was during this time that he developed the business model for EquityNet.
Mr. Hollas has over 15 years of experience as an independent technology analyst and investment manager in the private and public domains. He has invested in over 30 emerging technology companies and has executed $20 million in transactions. His research and investment activity focused on a wide range of industry sectors, including various software sectors, semiconductors, biometrics, networking, wireless communications, and conventional and alternative energy. Mr. Hollas developed and applied proprietary quantitative models, statistical methods, and research approaches that were instrumental in the performance of his managed investments. Prior to his career as an analyst and investment manager, Mr. Hollas worked on process modeling and supply chain automation of complex systems as a process chemical engineer for Phillips Petroleum. Mr. Hollas earned his B.S in Chemical Engineering (with Honors) from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and he is currently pursuing accreditation as a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute.
Dr. R. R. (Ron) Goforth, Senior Vice President of Research
Dr. Goforth is the co-founder of EquityNet and Chairman of the Company’s Board. He manages the Company’s technology assessment and due diligence services and acts as the primary point of contact for clients using the company’s network of subject matter experts. Dr. Goforth is a serial entrepreneur and has been active in management and consulting to private sector organizations, governmental agencies, and academic institutions for more than 25 years. He has been most actively involved in three areas: software engineering and development project management; scientific and engineering R&D management; and organizational development and team building in organizations with technical missions in the U.S. and internationally.
Dr. Goforth served for 10 years as the Director of Research and Environmental Affairs for Syncrude Canada, Ltd. He was subsequently a tenured Professor of Computer Systems Engineering and adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Arkansas, where he was the founding director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems and of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Laboratory (AMTL). He also served as a Senior Research Fellow at the U.S. Navy NHRC in San Diego, California, was a Fulbright Fellow at the University of the South Pacific, and he also held a royal appointment as Professor of Computer Systems Engineering at the Suranaree University of Technology in Thailand. In 1999 he founded Beta-Rubicon, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in technology assessment and business due diligence services. Dr. Goforth earned his B.S. and his M.S. from the University of Arkansas and his Ph.D. at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.
Dr. Josh D. Eno, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Eno is responsible for research and development of the Company’s software, database, and statistical systems as well as assisting in the development and management of intellectual property. He is charged with advancing the capabilities of the Company’s current software systems and developing state-of-art technologies for the future. Dr. Eno began working with EquityNet in 2006 to develop the Company’s novel Risk Quantification System and has continued to advance it and other systems while taking an increasingly active role in the Company. Dr. Eno has over 10 years of experience in research and development of software and database systems for the National Science Foundation, technology startups, and Fortune 500 companies, including Oracle, Acxiom, and Wal-Mart.
Dr. Eno completed his Ph.D. as a Distinguished Doctoral Fellow in Computer Science at the University of Arkansas, where he pursued research in the areas of graph algorithms, data mining, predictive statistical models, synthetic data generation, bioinformatics, search personalization, knowledge extraction, and multimedia search. He has presented his research into social networks and recommendation systems at both academic and DARPA conferences. Prior to its sale to Lycos in 2000, Dr. Eno worked as a software developer for MatchMaker.com and subsequently as lead software engineer for Always24x7.com, where he developed a PHP rapid deployment architecture for dynamic database driven websites. Dr. Eno has also provided intellectual property assessment services and served as an expert legal witness. Dr. Eno earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas.
Matthew A. Imhoff, Manager of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Imhoff works closely with the CEO in executing EquityNet’s strategy for sales and business development and is responsible for certain marketing efforts of EquityNet. Mr. Imhoff also helps support EquityNet’s service offerings, including various technology and business analysis services. Prior to joining EquityNet, Mr. Imhoff worked as a business consultant for MyZeo.com in Newton, Massachusetts, where he assisted MyZeo in preparing for its first product launch. Mr. Imhoff also performed business consultancy services for Agiltron of Woburn, Massachusetts, a leading producer and developer of innovative photonic components and systems, where he conducted market research for new product development and developed the company’s business plan to bring to market a newly-developed nanotech product.
Mr. Imhoff has previously worked as a Product Engineer for Ayrshire Electronics in Fayetteville, Arkansas, as an Analyst at the Arkansas Capital Corporation Group in Little Rock, Arkansas, and as a research assistant at Harvard University’s Accessible Technology Laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mr. Imhoff has direct experience in tech-based business development and management, web development and online marketing, strategic entrepreneurial planning and marketing, market and competitive research, entrepreneurial financial management, production costs and accounting, as well as intellectual property development and private equity capitalization. Mr. Imhoff earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas. He subsequently earned his M.S. in Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University where he held the Samuel and Nancy Jo Altschuler Fellowship.
Victoria Ross Coppett, Manager of Administration
Ms. Coppett is responsible for administrative and office management duties and provides direct support to the Company's executive team. She is lead researcher for many of the Company’s analyses services, assists in compiling and writing project reports, and performs quality assurance on all final reports. She also serves as Secretary of the Board for the Company. Ms. Coppett has been associated with EquityNet since its founding and formally joined the Company in 2006. Previously, she served as Administrative Manager for Beta-Rubicon, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in technology assessment and business due diligence.
Ms. Coppett was with the University of Arkansas College of Engineering for 25 years and held positions as Research Assistant in the Department of Chemical Engineering and as Operations Manager for the GENESIS Technology Incubator, which serves start-up technology-oriented companies. At GENESIS she was the liaison between the GENESIS director, the GENESIS client companies, and the public, and she managed various office functions, including supervision of technical assistants and provision of various services to tenant companies. Ms. Coppett earned her B.A. in English at the University of Arkansas and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa national honorary fraternity. She is also a graduate of Class XII of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fayetteville program.

Glenn E. Atkins, Member of Board
Mr. Atkins is Executive Vice President and Director of Research at Garrison Asset Management in Fayetteville, Arkansas. At Garrison, Mr. Atkins oversees fundamental research efforts and is a member of the Fixed Income Team, where he has developed proprietary analytics to evaluate the risk and reward characteristics of corporate debt. He has managed personal and family equity portfolios since 1981 and has an extensive background in residential real estate leasing and development. In 1987, he began specializing in fixed-income research and management for Monarch Capital Corporation, a Fortune 500 insurance holding company with assets totaling approximately $1 billion, and then in 1994, he joined Llama Asset Management Company, LP.
Mr. Atkins earned his B.S.B.A. in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He has authored articles for leading financial publications including The American Association of Individual Investors Journal and was a contributing author to Investments (6th edition, 1998), which was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of “the best from the class of '92." Mr. Atkins has also appeared as a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Atkins joined the EquityNet Board in late 2006.
Mark Wagstaff, Member of Board
Mr. Wagstaff is the President and Owner of AAA Business Systems in Fayetteville, Arkansas, which he purchased in 2008 and where he oversees all operations of the $3.5 million revenue company. He was previously Vice President of Operations at Virtual Incubation Company, a business incubator for startup companies that, since 2002, has grown from 2 to 45 employees. At Virtual Incubation Company, Mr. Wagstaff performed a variety of roles including contract negotiator, intellectual property manager, design engineer, project manager, technical writer, and financial manager. Mr. Wagstaff also served as Virtual Incubation’s Vice President of Operations for 10 portfolio companies and as secretary of the board for 4 portfolio companies. Before moving to Arkansas, he previously worked as a design engineer for Invocon, Inc., a technology research and development firm, and was senior project manager at ProLogic Corporation, a software development firm.
Mr. Wagstaff graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in Electrical Engineering and holds an M.B.A. degree and a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Rice University. He joined the EquityNet Board in late 2006.
Terry Johnson, Member of Board
Mr. Johnson is a principal with ClearPointe, a managed services provider of remote technology services. ClearPointe is a Microsoft Gold partner in advanced infrastructure and security solutions and has offices in Dallas, Texas; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Rogers, Arkansas. Prior to his ClearPointe affiliation, Mr. Johnson was Chief Financial Officer at VeriSource, LLC, a world-class technology solutions provider of advanced network systems, custom software applications, and efficient data warehousing solutions. He was responsible for planning and executing fiscal strategies at VeriSource and also led the company’s marketing and sales efforts. He is also a managing partner in Creekside Development, LLC, a commercial real estate project in Rogers, Arkansas, and serves on the Board of Signature Bank. Mr. Johnson is also involved in oil and gas ventures in Kansas and in Alberta, Canada. He previously co-owned Custom Micro, LLC, a company that became one of the largest privately-owned computer sales operations in the U.S. before it was sold to The Future Now.
Mr. Johnson earned his B.A. in Business Marketing and his M.B.A. degree from Texas A&M University. He joined the EquityNet Board in early 2007.
Victoria Ross Coppett, Secretary of Board
